How it works

  1. Onboard in minutes (goals, time, equipment, preferences).
  2. Get your plan + grocery total; regenerate anytime.
  3. Track weight/waist/photos — or add an optional Body Scan (2 photos: front & side) for detailed measurements. You can also sync Strava.
  4. Use voice notes when tired or busy — we’ll adapt.
  5. Ask the AI coach questions (paid); join a FitGroup for motivation.

Scan tips: plain background, good lighting, no baggy clothing, arms relaxed by your sides, stand tall. Photos are sent to our measurement service to calculate metrics that help personalise your plan. Do a Body Scan on your tracking page.
