Context-aware planning
Plans reflect your schedule, available equipment, training age, food preferences, and current constraints.
FitPocket brings adaptive training, nutrition, recovery, progress, and coaching tools into one calm operating system for your health.
FitPocket was founded by Shane Schwulst, a qualified Personal Trainer and Sport Specific Specialist with more than 15 years of practical experience across coaching, fitness leadership, competitive sport and bodybuilding.
Years spent working in fitness revealed the same problem repeatedly: people rarely struggle because they cannot find exercises or diet information. They struggle because the advice is generic, their progress is scattered across different tools, and the plan does not adapt when real life changes.
FitPocket was built to bring those pieces together. Goals, training, nutrition guidance, check-ins, body measurements, progress photos, body scans and connected fitness data can work as one system instead of isolated features.
The purpose is not to promise shortcuts. It is to reduce guesswork, make progress easier to understand and help people build consistency with clearer context and practical next steps.
Fitness plans should adapt to the person—not force the person to fit a generic plan.
We do not just generate a static plan. FitPocket uses your goals, equipment, time, preferences, activity, and progress signals to keep your route useful.
