• Account & contact: email, optional phone number.
• Usage: plans, referrals, feature usage (aggregated).
• Progress & measurements: photos you upload and measurements you save.
• WhatsApp: opt-in status and message templates (no unsolicited messaging).

How we use your data

• Provide core features: plan generation, tracking, and progress visualizations.
• Manage subscriptions and referrals.
• Send service notifications or WhatsApp messages you opt in to receive.
• Improve the product (aggregated or anonymized analytics).

Storage & retention

• Data is stored securely with reputable providers (e.g., Supabase).
• We keep your data while your account is active or as required by law.
• You can request deletion at any time (see Data deletion).

Your rights

• Access your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion.
• Opt out of WhatsApp at any time by replying STOP.
