Please read these terms carefully before using FitPocket.
1) Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FitPocket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2) Service description
FitPocket provides fitness planning, progress tracking, measurement visualizations, and optional WhatsApp features. Content is informational and not medical advice.
3) Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You must be 16+ or have consent where required by law.
- You agree to provide accurate information.
4) Billing & subscriptions
- Plan fees are charged via Yoco or another supported payment processor.
- Some features are available only on paid tiers; see Pricing.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, however a 30‑day notice applies; access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Once‑off plans are charged a single time and grant ongoing access to the reset plan.
5) Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of APIs.
- No unauthorized commercial exploitation.
6) Content & IP
- FitPocket materials are owned by FitPocket or its licensors.
- You retain rights to your uploaded photos and measurements.
- You grant FitPocket a limited license to process your content to provide the service.
7) Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Fitness outcomes vary. Always consult a professional for medical or dietary advice.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitPocket shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10) Changes to terms
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
