Cancellations & Refunds
We aim to be clear and fair. Please read this carefully before purchasing.
Subscriptions & Digital Features
Subscriptions, AI features, and scan top-ups are digital products. Once delivered or activated, they are generally non-refundable.
- If you cancel, access remains until the end of the paid period; future renewals stop.
- No pro-rated refunds for unused time or unused included scans.
Meal Orders (Prepared Food)
Meal orders are prepared to your request. Once the kitchen has started preparation or the order is delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
- You may cancel before the published cut-off; a full reversal will be issued.
- Incorrect or missing items will be corrected or replaced as soon as possible.
Exceptions (We’ll Always Help)
- Duplicate charges or a technical failure (you paid but the service was not delivered).
- Non-delivery or late cancellation before prep window for meal orders.

This policy complements consumer protections under applicable law. Nothing here limits rights you may have in terms of the Consumer Protection Act (South Africa) or similar regulations in your jurisdiction.
