How do upgrades work mid-cycle?
Upgrades are not prorated. When you upgrade to Pro, you pay the full Pro price now, your new Pro cycle starts immediately, and your old plan is stopped. Pro features unlock right away.

Refunds in a nutshell
Digital subscriptions/top-ups and prepared food are generally non-refundable once delivered. We will always fix duplicate charges, technical failures, and non-delivery/late cancellation before prep.
